VAELLIO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Vaellio's website, services, and products.
1.2 By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
2. PRICING AND CURRENCY
2.1 All prices are in Ghana Cedis (GHS).
2.2 Prices may vary depending on customization, shipping, and other factors.
3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
3.1 Shipping is currently available within Accra.
3.2 For orders outside Accra, we require a liaised delivery method between us and the customer.
3.3 International shipping is available to UK and USA; other locations may be considered upon inquiry.
3.4 Production time: 7-12 days; shipping time: 7-10 working days (except bulk orders).
4. CUSTOMIZATION
4.1 Furniture pieces can be customized (color, finish, size).
4.2 Customization may affect pricing.
5. ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUND
5.1 Order cancellation is possible before shipping commences, with a 35% cancellation fee.
5.2 Refunds will not be processed after production begins.
5.3 Vaellio reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel and refund an order due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Supply chain disruptions
• Production issues
• Shipping constraints
• Force majeure events
• Other circumstances beyond our control
6. RETURNS AND DEFECTS
6.1 No refunds after production.
6.2 Defective items can be reclaimed and repaired.
6.3 Returns will not be accepted after 2 weeks from delivery date.
7. WARRANTY
7.1 Vaellio provides a 1-year warranty on all products.
8. ADDRESS CORRECTIONS
8.1 Incorrect addresses must be corrected within 24 hours of order confirmation.
8.2 No refunds will be given after 24 hours.
9. COMMUNICATION

9.2 Please include order number and clearly state the issue.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS
10.1 Vaellio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
11. GOVERNING LAW
11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Ghanaian law.
